                                                                          PHOPA Board Meeting May 22, 2025

 

The Board met informally after the Parrot Head Happy Hour at 7pm.  Meeting called to order at 7:05pm

First Item is the  Board discussion and approval of rate increase for volunteers at Wings, rate to be $65.00 increased from $50.00.  Motion to approve brought by Kevin and Rick second, all approved

 

Second item of discussion was that we gather as a Board on June 3rd to set the parameters and guides for the Wings Event.  Motion brought by Rick and 2nd by Kevin all approved.

Meeting concluded after discussion regarding we are a team and one person does not need to carry the burden of the whole club.  That is what we are for!!!
