Frequently Asked Questions

Q - What if I'm registering more than two people?

A - Since there is only room for two guests on the registration form,

       you will have to submit more than one form. One form for every two guests.

Q - What if I'm registering two different registration levels?

A - You cannot mix different registration levels on one form. You will have         to fill out a form for each registration level.

Q - Do I fill out the online form if I'm not paying by credit card?

A - No. The online form is only for those paying by credit card. If you are          paying by cash or check, you will fill out a hard copy form. We will            have hard copy forms at every Parrot Head function for your convenience.

Q - Is there a host hotel for the event?

A - No. There is not a host hotel. You can book an area hotel or condo of your choice.

Q - How will I be able to use my Raffle Tickets?

A - We will be raffling off 3-4 "Big Ticket" items. Purchase your raffle tickets, drop your                 tickets into the bucket of the item you want to win. You can put all your tickets in one               bucket or you can spread them out between as many items as you wish. Tickets will be             sold at the Gala for $5 each or a 5 ticket bundle for $20. You can purchase raffle tickets             through the website when you purchase your Wings registration tickets. However, Raffle           ticket sales through the website will be bundles only, no individual tickets

Q - What is the registration cut-ff to get a goodie bag?

A - Registrations received through August 25 will guarantee a goodie bag.

Q - Where and what time is the pickup for event packet and goodie bag?

A - Packet pickup will be at the Sip Yard on Thursday, September 25 from 5-7pm.
